Premier Fort Beach is a holiday aparthotel on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast, located on the seafront in Saint Vlas. The complex has repeatedly received awards for being one of the best hotels for family holidays in Bulgaria.

The remaining 60% can be paid as follows:

– up to 1 year after signing the preliminary contract – deferred payment without interest;

– up to 3 years deferred payment with 5.2% annual interest;

– up to 7 years deferred payment with 9.7% annual interest.

In case of 100% payment upon signing the preliminary contract – 2% discount from the sale price.

The apartment can be used /or rented out/ after payment of 10% of the sale price. The signing of the notarial deed takes place after receipt of the full value by the Seller.

Each owner of an apartment in the complex pays a maintenance and management fee in the amount of 14.50 euros (without VAT) per sq.m. built-up area, without common parts!

Fee for Internet, TV and key card maintenance in the amount of 215 euros (excluding VAT) per year.

Annual real estate insurance – in 2021, the price of a basic insurance package is as follows: for a studio it is 40 euros, a two-room apartment is 50 euros, three and four-room apartments are 60 euros.
