Lighthouse Golf & Spa Resort is one of the largest golf complexes in Bulgaria, located on the Northern Black Sea coast in close proximity to the town of Balchik. It is a gated club type complex and consists of an 18-hole golf course, a luxurious five-star hotel complex with a spa, restaurants and bars, sports fields, a fitness center, several outdoor pools and many green areas with alleyways. The complex is located on the cliff above the sea itself, from where a wonderful sea panorama is revealed. In the immediate vicinity, less than 5 minutes by car, there are two other golf courses, which turns this area into one of the most popular golf destinations in the country, known as the “Bulgarian golf riviera”.

At Lighthouse Golf & Spa Resort, functional studio apartments, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments are available for sale. The apartment buildings are located in the immediate vicinity of the Clubhouse building, in the heart of the complex – the “Green” district.

Two types of standard villas (C and C1) with two and three bedrooms are available for sale in the Green, Forest and Lake neighborhoods. The standard villas have their own yards, and some of them are sold furnished.

Also available in these neighborhoods are two types (A and G) of single-family, three-bedroom, one- or two-story villas. They offer a beautiful view of the golf course and two lakes in the complex. The villas have their own yard with a pool and are sold fully furnished.
