Location
The holiday village has a strategic location and is easily and quickly accessible both from the capital Sofia, which is only 2 hours away by car, but also from the neighboring countries - Thessaloniki and Skopje, which are about 3 hours away by car.
Each property owner in the complex pays an annual maintenance fee, which is determined depending on the type of property.
The fee includes comprehensive maintenance of the complex: year-round maintenance and cleaning of the common areas of the buildings; maintenance of green areas, grass and shrubs, maintenance of the areas around the pools and the landscape of the golf club; 24-hour live security and video surveillance; snow removal from alleys and streets in winter.
The complex was put into operation in 2008. A reservation deposit is paid for booking a property!
